Contest Details

We at www.artscrafts.co invite you all to participate in their upcoming art competition on the occasion of Independence Day of India @75.

All participants are requested to submit their artworks before 10^th of August on any of the following topics related to India-

1. Cultures of India
2. Festivals of India
3. Dances of India
4. Freedom Struggles of India
5. Monuments of India

There will be online voting from  11^th August 12.00 PM to 15^th August 06.00 PM and the winners will be announced based on combination of online voting and jury’s voting. There will be one special Jury Award also.

Representative of Consulate general of India, Dubai will also participate/ grace the awards/winners announcement ceremony!

Please send your entries at contest.artscrafts@gmail.com along with following details-

1. Full name and Age
2. Address
3. WhatsApp number
4. Passport size color photo
5. Category of paintings with brief description of Arts.

Rules: –

• No entry fees
• Art Calls are open to all age group and from any countries across the Globe
• One artist can submit two art works under two different themes.
• Each file submitted must be in a jpeg format. Files may not exceed 2MB.
• Your art must be your own original concept and not a copy of anyone else’s
• Original art works remain with the artist, but the sponsor/organizer can use the digital image for their personal/commercial purpose.
• Only the artwork should be visible, clear and in focus. Please crop out any background if so and the artwork should be signed by the artist but no watermarks on the artwork.
• The Artist can’t share the artwork made for the contest to any social media till the completion of the contest and if the organizer found the same then contestant will be disqualified.
• All participants will be sent a link with their artworks so that they can request their family/friends for maximum voting for online voting.

Awards: –

All winning artists and top 10 artists who will get the maximum votes will receive a digital award certificate, First, second and third place will be largely displayed with an article about the artist and their work. Winning artwork (First place) will be on the poster of the show. Depending on the number and quality of all submissions received, Merit awards and Jury awards will also be given. All accepted works will be displayed with the artist’s name, title of work, and a link back to their website, or email address if they do not have a website. All Accepted artists will receive extensive online publicity and promotion on our website.
