Genevieve Niralya
Genevieve is a New Zealander of Indian origin, currently based in Qatar. The 7-year-old is studying “Year 3” in Kings College Doha and aspires to pursue music and arts when she grows up. She not only loves to explore and experiment different mediums/techniques, but very keen to learn every tribal art form with its rich authentic history, Indian Tribal Art in particular. The beauty and allure of the natural world around us, interwoven with our day-to-day life activities depicted in simple tribal forms inspires her creativity. Her thirst for arts gained grounds and grew stronger during this pandemic which perfectly paved way to convert all her boredom into fuel to ignite her passion. She firmly believes that art despite giving her company, quietly brings peace, happiness, discipline, confidence, concentration, clarity and most importantly teaches the way of life. Looking forward to learning, discover and explore more about Art in the days to come.
